Data Deletion

ConnectAI, operated by STRATAGENT LTD, receives data from Meta (Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp) only when a business connects its own account to ConnectAI. Our Privacy Policy lists what we receive and how we use it. This page explains how to have that data deleted.

1. Stop ConnectAI's access

A business can remove ConnectAI's access to its account at any time. From then on we receive no new data from that account.

• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → ConnectAI → Remove.
• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → ConnectAI → Remove.
• WhatsApp Business: in Meta Business Suite, Settings → Integrations → Connected apps → ConnectAI → Remove.

2. Request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

• The Instagram username, Facebook Page or WhatsApp number the data relates to
• Whether you are the business that connected the account, or a person who sent messages or comments to that business

We may ask you to confirm that you control the account. We then delete the data we received from Meta for that account, including messages, comments, profile details and access tokens, and confirm by email within 30 days.
