Internal Ops Platform

The control center for your AI assistants: review live conversations, edit your agents, manage their knowledge, and keep quality high, all in one place.

One place to run and improve your assistants

The internal platform is where your team operates the assistants you've deployed. Review conversations as they come in, step in when a person is needed, change how an assistant behaves, manage what it knows, and keep an eye on quality, all from one workspace, without touching code.

Review conversations and stay in control

See conversations as they happen, read full transcripts, and flag anything that needs a closer look. When the assistant hands off, your team picks up with full context. On social channels, AI-drafted replies can be reviewed and approved before they're posted, so nothing public goes out without a human's say-so.

Change your assistant yourself, in the Agents section

In the Agents section you can edit an assistant directly: adjust what each stage says, add examples that shape its tone, and configure the interactive elements it shows. Changes apply to live conversations, so you can improve behavior without waiting on a release.

Add knowledge through the Knowledge Hub

Give an assistant more to work with through the Knowledge Hub: upload your files (PDFs, documents, spreadsheets), and the platform indexes them so the assistant can answer from them. As your knowledge grows, the assistant stays grounded in your own approved material rather than guessing.

Hold quality steady with persona testing

Define personas (representative customers with their own goals and questions) and run them against your assistants as an ongoing quality check. Every change is measured against the same personas, so you catch drops in quality or performance before your customers do.

Connect your own tools and data with MCP

Connect your internal systems through MCP, and the assistant can use those tools and your own data right inside a conversation: looking up an order, checking an account, or pulling a record from your stack. You stay in control of which tools it can use and where they fit into each stage of the flow.
